Online Proxy Form

Do submit the Online Proxy Form if you wish to cast your vote for Resolutions.

This is required regardless of whether you will be attending the virtual AGM on 27 Mar 2021 as there will not be live voting during the AGM itself.

Your Online Proxy Form submission will be routed to the Board Secretary at honsec@cefc.org.sg and will be counted towards the quorum of the virtual AGM.

The Online Proxy Forms must be duly completed and submitted at least 48 hours before the virtual AGM (i.e. before 9.00am, Thursday, 25 Mar 2021).
